In the spring of 2013 my wife and I moved to Japan so we could both teach English in public elementary schools, and experience life in new and exciting ways. Since then, I've been fortunate enough to have opportunities to travel, study photography, and have an amazing wife who supports and encourages me to grow in the craft.
Since May of 2015, I've been working as a full-time staff photographer for the University of Oklahoma where I work on creative marketing projects, and, of course, take pictures. I also run a weekly photography blog that you can check out HERE.
When I don't have a camera in my hand, you might see me behind a drum-set playing along with my favorite Miles album, or watching the most recent installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
